Duties and Services
- Attends City Council and other official meetings
- Prepares and maintains official meeting minutes
- Maintains official city records such as ordinances, resolutions, contracts, deeds, and easements
- Provide documents based on a fee schedule
- Maintains a complete set of Woodward Municipal Codes
- Manages records of ownership and burials in Elmwood Cemetery
- Posts agendas of city meetings for public view
The Clerk’s office serves as the hub of local government, serving citizens in addressing questions, complaints, insurance, bids, and requests. In addition, the clerk oversees the day-to-day operations of the Utility Billing Department and Municipal Court.
